1 week Warranty

1 week warranty will be provided for all our PSPs to ensure sufficient time for customers to test and verify that their sets are in 100% working condition. Warranty coverage will be exactly like Sony. We will even cover the cost of replacing parts. However, do take note that Sony does not cover LCD, dead pixels, battery and physical damage.

Customers can choose to extend this warranty to 1 year for an additional of S$20.

Lifetime Service Warranty

We will provide free service for all our sets. Our PSP customers enjoy free firmware recovery, free firmware updating and waiver of installation charges during repair.

Can I use parts bought from other sources for the free repair service?

NO. We do not want to handle parts from unknown sources. We do not want a case whereby 3rd party parts cause your whole system to malfunction. It will be very difficult for us to explain. All our parts have been tested to be reliable and we prefer to stick to them.

We recommend customers take the 1 year warranty. We will cover parts cost (except LCD, battery and physical defects).

1 week warranty

Everything except:

-No coverage for dismantled sets
-No coverage for physical defects
-No coverage for dead pixels
-No coverage for battery
-Is damaged by negiligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship;
-Has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed.This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the product.
-This warranty does not cover any problems occurring due to electrical short circuits.

Pls take note:
High-precision technology is involved in manufacturing LCD screens, even so there may be some pixels that are always on and some that do not go on. This is not a defect, but the current state of art.

Since the upper and lower LCD screens are made to different specifications, they will seems to render colors slightly differently. This is not a defect and not a cause for concern.
